Switzerland

Standard Delivery (Free): Shipping is free across Switzerland via Swiss Post within 1 to 5 business days. For orders with a product value of CHF 150 or more, parcels are shipped via registered mail. You will receive your order tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Express Delivery: Available for a flat fee of CHF 15.00 at the customer's expense.
Europe (outside Switzerland)

Registered Delivery: Shipping is free on all orders over €150 (otherwise, a flat rate of €15 applies). Orders are shipped via Swiss Post by registered mail within 1 to 15 business days. You will receive your order tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

(Please note: For deliveries outside Switzerland, local customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the customer).
Return Policy (14 Days)
We grant a 14-day right of return following the arrival of your parcel. Your right of return applies only if all of the following conditions are duly met:

The product is in pristine condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged;

The product is returned in its undamaged original box and packaging;

The fully completed return form is enclosed with the parcel.
Exclusions:
The following items are excluded from the right of return: special orders, altered or resized products, personalized or engraved items, piercings (and earrings for hygiene reasons), discounted/sale items, as well as worn or damaged products.
Quality Control & Refund:
Every returned item undergoes a quality control inspection. If we find no damage or signs of wear, the Leandra Jewelry online store will refund the purchase price via the same payment method used for the original purchase within 30 days. Unaccepted returns (failing to meet the conditions above) will be immediately sent back to the customer subject to a processing and shipping fee of CHF 20 / €20.
How to Return an Item
Returns can be made either in-store or by post:
1. In-Store Return (Free)
Our stores are at your disposal to process your returns. Returning an item to one of our branches is completely free of charge. Take advantage of the assistance of our in-store advisors (find our store locations under the "Stores" tab).
2. Return by Post
Postal returns are made at the customer's own expense and risk. Please send your item along with the completed return form to the following address:
